Purpose

Support and encourage the development of rugby players of Samoan descent through organised rugby events in unison with the Wellington Rugby Football Union and other National Rugby Union bodies.

Promote the development and continuation of rugby in the greater Wellington region amongst communities.

Ensure young Samoan players maintain connection with their heritage and identity through team sport.

Help promote a healthy message of exercise and participation in team sport and team events.

Encourage and instil core values of ‘good sportmanship’ through respect, humility and integrity.
